Absolutely! Too often we rush around and don’t leave room for spontaneity, myself included. This week, though, I did end up arriving early for an event because I wasn’t sure how long it would take to get there! It was nice to be so relaxed for a change. I had a cup of tea in the cafe first and a quick chat with the waiter, I picked up an interesting program for the art gallery where the event was held and, when I walked into the room early, I had time to chat with the speaker and a few other participants. None of this would have happened if I’d rushed in late (as a few other people did). It made me realize that life is much better when we take the time to enjoy each moment and live mindfully. I’ll try and do as you do in future and leave home earlier!
