Great article, thanks! I’ve found that, when I meditate regularly, I respond much more calmly to stressful situations than when I’m not meditating regularly. As you say, it can sometimes be a challenge to maintain a daily practice but it is so important to do so, even if it’s just for five minutes a day and even if the only effect is that you feel better and calmer than you usually do. Usually the time when you say you don’t have the time to meditate is the time when you need to meditate the most!
