Thank you for a comprehensive and informative guide to when to meditate.
Personally, I prefer meditating as soon as I get up (not usually before sunrise!). I do 10-15 minutes of yoga first, then meditate for 5-10 minutes. I find that it gives me a positive start to the day!
Bedtime is another time when I often meditate. I like to write down anything that is on my mind before I start, just to get it out of mind and onto paper.
It's best to the find the time(s) that suit you best. With your guide, I'm sure everyone will be able to do this.
