I completely agree!
With regard to the morning routine, you don't have to get up at 5 am unless you want to! I get up at 7 am and follow my morning routine before starting work at around 9 am. My routine consists of 10-15 minutes of yoga, followed by affirmations, journaling and reading something inspiring. It varies from day to day but will usually include two or more of these elements.
It's important to find a morning routine that works for you and energizes you rather than following what works for someone else!
