I have found that keeping track of everything I do helps me to realize that I am more productive than I think! I use the free version of the Toggl app to track my time at work.
It's also good to remind ourselves that rest and relaxation are useful and productive. If we don't take time for them every day, we definitely risk burnout.
I guess low self-esteem is at the root of productivity dysmorphia. If we learn to value ourselves more, we will have a better and wider view of exactly how productive and effective we are.
