Thank you for a very interesting and informative article.

I've definitely noticed that eating a heavy meal late in the evening affects my sleep, as does exercising after the early evening.

On the plus side, chamomile and lavender tea certainly helps me sleep.

Thanks for sharing the cookie recipe - I will have to try them. They sound yummy!
