I enjoyed reading about your phone-free day. Glad to hear your mind felt less cluttered and you enjoyed reading a book. I switch off my computer and put my phone on silent at around 8 pm each evening and then spend some time relaxing. Sometimes I do a little yoga or meditation before bed (but not if I feel too tired). I always read a printed book in bed and drift off to sleep peacefully.
