It is easy to get caught up on stats and I have a tendency to do that too. But, as you say, the most important thing is to just write from the heart and publish your work. Then, try to step back and let it be — again not easy, I know!

Some of my most successful articles on here were ones that I hesitated to publish as I thought no one would read them— and others, which I thought people would love, had few, if any views! I guess you can never predict what will be popular!

Writing is a journey. With each piece we publish, we go a little further on that journey, regardless of whether we get claps or views or reads or not!
