It’s very true that boredom could be a symptom that a big change needs to take place…but how do you make that change…and do you even know exactly what that change should be?

Many people feel stuck because they don’t know the answers to these questions. When they think about the big changes they need to make, they feel overwhelmed and do nothing.

If they start to make small, positive changes, they’ll begin to see where they could make bigger changes in their life and they’ll start to have the confidence to make these bigger changes. Also, lots of small changes add up to big changes over time.

Of course, if you already know what big changes you need to make and you are able to make those changes today, go ahead and leap! Many people feel unable to do that because they depend on their (boring) job to feed their family, etc.

Basically, we need to start where we are. If we can only make small changes at first, that’s fine. At least we’re moving forward. If we feel strong enough to make big changes, that’s even better. You and only you have the power to change your life and you do that one step at a time (whether it’s a very small step or a giant leap).
