Thanks for an interesting, fact-based article. Some people say they are too busy to meal plan and buy fresh ingredients, but it only takes me about one and a half hours a week in total to do this. It’s not a huge amount of time and I consider it a good investment. Some dishes I cook — such as tuna pasta - are very quick and easy to make. You can also make extra portions and freeze them, so that you can eat them on a day when you really are too busy to cook.
