Wow! Those are all great ideas, Gerome! I particularly like using household items as weights! I’ve used tin cans before but I think I might pass on the bottles of wine in case I drop them!!

It’s so important to carry on exercising during lockdown. You feel so much better after an exercise session. I’ve loved my daily yoga classes on YouTube — I’ve been doing my ‘real-life’ yoga teacher’s classes as well as discovering some other great teachers too. Some of them live on the other side of the world, so there’s no way I’d be able to go to their actual classses! It’s so wonderful that we can join with people across the world to exercise — and it’s great that you’ve started exercising with your parents — remotely!
